How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on your chosen lead type, county population, and volume of data provided.

Is billing monthly or annual?

Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract. That said, we do ask new subscribers to commit to at least two months. This gives you time to engage with the leads, get comfortable with the tools, and start seeing results. It also helps us keep things running smoothly on our end. You're welcome to prepay multiple months if you prefer, and sometimes discounts may be available for pre-paid months. Speak to your Account Representative for all of your options.

Can I see a sample lead before I subscribe?

Yes, sample leads are available upon request or through a demo with a Sales Representative.

What is a pre-probate lead?

Pre-probate leads are generated when a recent notice of death is matched with verified real estate ownership records. These leads are provided only when the deceased owned property, making them highly relevant for real estate professionals. Because probate isn’t always filed — or may be delayed — pre-probate leads allow you to engage with heirs early, typically before a probate case begins. They also help you connect with families who may want to sell inherited property that will never go through the probate process.

Why do I need a website for probate/divorce/late mortgage/etc.?

Having a website isn’t just about looking professional — it’s about building trust and accessibility for people who are navigating major life transitions. When someone is grieving, going through a divorce, or behind on mortgage payments, they aren’t just looking for a real estate agent. They’re looking for someone who understands their unique situation — someone who can offer clarity, compassion, and real help. That’s exactly what a niche-specific website communicates. Here’s what a good site does for you: Builds Instant Credibility A website dedicated to probate, divorce, or distressed sellers shows visitors that this isn’t just a side hustle for you. You’ve specialized. You’re experienced. You’ve helped others in their exact situation. Demonstrates Your Expertise By explaining the process, offering guidance, and answering questions upfront, you show that you know what you're doing — and that you're here to help, not pressure. Makes You Easier to Find and Trust 75% of consumers judge a website’s credibility based on design alone, and many form these impressions in under a second. [__Source]__ 94% of first impressions are design-related, and most visitors decide within just 50 ms whether they trust a site. [__Source]__ Captures More Leads A great site gives potential clients a place to contact you, read testimonials, and request information 24/7 — without needing to pick up the phone. Supports Your Marketing Whether you're sending direct mail, cold calling, or running ads, your website acts as the hub where all that traffic lands. Without one, you’re missing conversion opportunities. A niche website sends the message: “I’m not just in real estate — I specialize in helping people through situations like yours.” That message builds confidence and separates you from generic agents who treat every listing the same. If you’d like help launching a site like this without the usual time, tech, or cost burden, our Credibility Website product is built just for you. It’s a simple, done-for-you solution designed to help agents and investors in niche markets show up with confidence and convert more leads.

Is there a setup fee?

Nope! Just the monthly subscription cost. No additional first-month fees are charged. For the various marketing services we offer, such as direct mail, a website or any of the design work, there are additional costs involved but those are paid separately as you go!
