Unlike many providers that charge per platform, your plan includes one account on each platform – giving you flexibility to build a presence across multiple channels.
If you need support for additional accounts on the same platform, we can add to your plan, additional charges apply.

No, your content is created and reviewed by real people.
Your posts are designed by a graphic designer, your captions are written by a copywriter, and every piece of content is then also reviewed by a quality assurance team before it’s delivered to you.
We may use tools to support the process and improve efficiency, but your content is not automatically generated and published by AI. A real person is involved every step of the way.

Your first deliverables arrive within 10 business days of submitting your questionnaire.
How long does it take for my social media content to start posting?

What if I don't like the social media content?
No problem, you’re not locked into anything.
You’ll review and approve your content before it goes live, and you can request revisions if needed. We learn your style quickly through onboarding and feedback, so the content improves and gets more dialed in over time!
- First month: Up to 3 rounds of revisions
- Ongoing months: 1 round of revisions
We encourage you to be thorough with your revisions. Be as specific as possible in order to ensure the best results.
Can I cancel or change my social media plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade at any time.
Our plans are all month-to-month, no contracts.
We want this service to be a good fit, and we do not believe in locking clients into something that is not working for them. If you ever need to pause, change direction, or stop service, we will walk you through the next steps.
Note: Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
What is your refund policy for social media management plans?
All services are non-refundable due to the non-returnable nature of personalized marketing deliverables and the manual work involved. Your payment covers marketing & creative work based on your brief, feedback, and revisions.
If the content misses the mark, we’ll revise it based on your feedback. We include 3 rounds of revisions in month one and 1 round per month after that. If you’re not happy with the direction, we’ll work with you to get it right.
You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
If you sign up but don’t complete the onboarding questionnaire, your payments turn into credits that never expire and can be used whenever you’re ready.
